Welcome to Fern Valley
Here in central Alberta prime farm country,my husband Martin and I work together raising beef cattle and Appaloosa horses. Fern valley appaloosas have long been known for their quality of temperament conformation and color.I have recently rediscovered a love of writing and have published 2 collections of poetry. "Telling Tails" and Tails Trails and Campfire stories" . I look forward to a future spreading my wings as an author and as a horse woman .

Seriously, I think Comet is the prettiest Appy boy I've seen; look at that color and perfect chrome, and those cute li'l ears, and he has presence. He could be a stud prospect, or a seriously gorgeous show horse. C'mon Appy people, what are you waiting for- snap this baby up before it's too late!
What a super cute pair!!
Quinn is gonna make a jumper.... You have to stop breeding such athletic horses, see what happens??
Start breeding for short, steep croups, and unbalanced conformation!
You are insisting on making these super athletes, well, then, you need MUCH higher fences:)
Gorgeous pics, thanks for posting!
They look so in sync with whatever they're doing.
Great shots Sherry, those two have the same faces.....love the color of these two. I really like the butt shot.....to perfect.
Yep. Stunning!! These pics tell a great story about the kids!
And Shirley-- I'd snap them up in a heartbeat if I could! ;)
I have yet to list them , wanted to get them haltered and through weaning . And I have to admit ,I kind of enjoy these times when they are young . But ads will be going up soon, I don''t wantt o get too attached
Oh my gosh I love that 2nd photo! hahahahaha!
Oooh, that little loud baby is gorgeous! They are both beautiful and I love pictures where horses are driving forward so hard. You got some great ones!
Shoot me for this if you must but they would make a great looking team of driving horses....
what flirts - you are going to get some great shots off of those two :D
