Welcome to Fern Valley

Here in central Alberta prime farm country,my husband Martin and I work together raising beef cattle and Appaloosa horses. Fern valley appaloosas have long been known for their quality of temperament conformation and color.I have recently rediscovered a love of writing and have published 2 collections of poetry. "Telling Tails" and Tails Trails and Campfire stories" . I look forward to a future spreading my wings as an author and as a horse woman .

Tell Me a Story

 I just realized I had not yet shared this here. I have some updates 

First of all I hope everyone is well and warm, the weather has been, weather.

The fillies are warm n cozy in the barn and weaning has gone well so far.

I wrote another book. not the one I have been working on , that is still in progress, but a little memorial of sorts and a childrens story . The story of Skeeter

Beautiful photos on your annual calendar!

Congrats on publishing another book ~ and ~ having your own authors page to sell them on. I didn't know Amazon offered author pages.

That's cool on the book and I like how you did two photos on the calendar. It must be tough choosing only 12 so 24 makes it a little easier?
