I was playing on the computer .at what you ask?
Well Skeeter and Phoenix have their daily dance, and I sometimes just watch and laugh , but today I caught it again on camera.I seems they have "upped their game" a bit and even involved Winston in the performance this evening !
So I though I would share it . Forgive my choice of music( I like the song ) and I don't have a lot downloaded so my choices are limited. Between that and A slight stumble over my Christmas spirit today I chose this song because it fit the mood I, and it appears Phoenix also was in .
Those who know me well, and knew or at least knew of my old friend "Chips " will understand that I had to cover the original video sounds to cover, vocal encouragement of Skeeter and the "hitch" in my voice and the sniffles . For just a moment there I thought I could see the old boy again and it brought a melancholy tear .
Anyhow , I seem to have that "stumble" under control, and have been wrapping some gifts , and playing Christmas music at full volume again . Martin is very good at wrapping gifts , and he will be home tomorrow , so to be honest I am just making an effort to look like I was busy wrapping , and he will take over when he gets here (yup I am a bad*ss) But I do still have some baking , to do and those cabbage rolls wont make themselves ...
Stay Safe and warm my friends
edited to add here is the link to the video in a larger format (different music, but a bit easier to see )

Wow he is amazing to watch!!
Love it, Fix is sooo athletic!
Love how Winston gets in there to say a few words!
Thanks for that, made my morning!
WOW !!! Great video Fern. Phoenix is one beautiful athletic stallion!
I can hear Winston saying "Young'ns stop with this nonsense!"
Oh, I loved that! I love to watch animals having fun and playing. The song goes quite well too.
Christmas is such a melancholy time of year for me...I can relate to your mood. Last Friday marked the 6th anniversary of my mom's death, and next month it will be 16 years since my dad's. Oh, how I miss them!! Don't think the pain will ever pass, but it has softened over the years. Loved your video of the "boys" playing!! Sure made me smile!!
In case I don't get another chance, I wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas!! Hope you and Martin and the whole family enjoy the day. Blessings to you my friend!!
Dang, I wish I could see this... I'll have to try and remember to check it out tonight.
I love that video, the music seemed to go with it and I know how you feel....hope that stumble stays low key. I also enjoyed your post on the walk...what a lovely place to walk and good things to see. I am in love with your blondes. Winston really did look like he had a heavy thought on his mind.I wish I lived closer the Coffee and Baily's was sounding pretty good.In case I get caught up in my own crap and time gets away on me. I hope you and Martin and the rest of your family have a really great Christmas.Take care Sherry.
C-ing Spots, I don't feel it's really Christmas until I have had a hard cry for the loss of my Mom in 1988.
It's just not the same without her.
Love the video ! GoLightly I feel the same as both of my parents are gone now. But they are always with us in spirit, in our memories and our hearts !
Love your header of ponies in the snow ! We need some of that white stuff here in Ontario we will be having a green Christmas not liking that idea ! Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
Love the video, I think Fix would like to play with cows.... he's got all the right moves... just sayin'...
Been thinking that myself Shirley , he certainly can change directions well
