Welcome to Fern Valley

Here in central Alberta prime farm country,my husband Martin and I work together raising beef cattle and Appaloosa horses. Fern valley appaloosas have long been known for their quality of temperament conformation and color.I have recently rediscovered a love of writing and have published 2 collections of poetry. "Telling Tails" and Tails Trails and Campfire stories" . I look forward to a future spreading my wings as an author and as a horse woman .

That cow has the sweetest face. I thought she was a guinea pig at first glance. (Okay, I admit I'm going blind...)

I just LOVE cats and cows together. They give each other something by nature. I used to have a calendar of just cats and cows. Maybe the cats can smell the milk? They definately love the warmth. Wonder what cows get out of it. Don't ya just love animals?

I came over to follow you on the new Linky Follower tool but I didn't see it on your site. If you want to add it to your site and come back over and re-enter-we would love to have you come play.
